The productivity of its employees has a direct link with the performance of a company, its development and its growth.

In order to have efficient and motivated teams, it may be appropriate to create a collaborative culture in your company.

Here are some tips to successfully carry out your action plan.

1 - Facilitate the tasks of your employees

The organization of your company defines the modalities of interaction between the team and ultimately defines whether your company is efficient or not. Concretely, tasks that are followed and organized will be processed more efficiently and quickly than tasks requested orally without follow-up.
Collaborative applications for tracking exist and allow you to effectively track current requests and schedule them on a calendar.

Properly organizing the requests and missions of each employee allows everyone to concentrate on their objectives in order to achieve them more quickly.
Calendar organization makes it possible to define deadlines and a processing time for each of the tasks.
Improving the organization of tasks within your company will make your action plans easier, prevent tasks from being forgotten, make it easier to report and facilitate understanding at the end of the year of the actions taken and the efforts you have devoted to them.

2 - Promote a collaborative culture

Old-fashioned, highly hierarchical and siloed organizations are becoming less and less popular. Formerly synonymous with power and clarity about who does what, it is now a hindrance and synonymous with slowness. Young people (and not so young people) expect more fluid exchanges like what you can have with group conversations or social networks. Applied to the world of work, it is appropriate to think about collaborative applications specific to your profession.

Collaboration between all members of your teams will mechanically improve productivity within your company. The expected gains from a collaborative system are as follows:
• A varied collection of everyone's ideas
• A more direct and faster exchange between people via
contextualized discussions
• Faster access to information without having to request
access or extractions

A collaborative and supportive culture between teams also contributes to improving the general atmosphere within your premises.

To have a good adoption rate, it is advisable to lead by example by using yourself what you advocate.

3 - Challenge your teams

Whether in the form of a bonus, or a gift or just symbolic, challenges help motivate your employees.

There are several forms of challenge that you can implement in your company.
You can propose individual challenges according to your activity in order to push your employees to surpass themselves.

To set a course in the objectives and challenges set in order to motivate your employees, keep in mind the “5W” method.
• What: What is the purpose of your objective?
• Why: Why did you decide to implement this objective or
challenge?
• Who: Who will be involved in the realization?
• Where: What will be the geographical area of realization?
• When: What is the deadline for your challenge?

Don't hesitate to offer symbolic rewards to all your employees in order to maintain a pleasant atmosphere in the company.

4 - Set up a pleasant working environment

The working environment contributes to the development of employees within your company.
The correlation is not obvious but we can think that the more fulfilled your employees are, the more effective they will be.
There are several things you can put in place to improve the quality of life at work for your employees.

In vogue for some time, teleworking established 1 or 2 days a week allows employees to be more efficient and avoids them wasting time and frustration in transport in particular.
A gym or snacks (tea, fruit juice, brownie) if possible also help to increase their quality of life within your premises.

5- Give regular feedback

Meetings can be a waste of time if they are poorly organized.
However, when well organized, meetings allow you to synchronize on:

• Progress of ongoing missions
• Blocking points
• Future projects

In order to keep them effective, remember to define for each meeting:
• An agenda
• A fairly short duration (15 or 30 minutes)

Do not hesitate to receive your employees individually on request as well, some may not want to expose their difficulties in front of others during team meetings.
